Overview
The InnerLight Foundation strives to be a comprehensive treatment facility for those with severe mental illness, offering in-patient, out-patient, and crisis intervention services. Our Vision is to facilitate recovery in those with severe mental illness, to cultivate their emotional, mental and spiritual well-being, and empower them to become productive, healthy citizens.
The InnerLight Foundation's commitment to healthcare treatment for those with severe mental illness is multi-faceted. The InnerLight Foundation seeks to:
- *Provide safe and effective treatment for all our clients.
- *Promote a safe housing environment where clients can experience productive rehabilitation.
- *Educate clients through community and job skills programs.
- *Support clients with individual and group therapy.
- *Improve the quality of life for clients and their families
Core Services
The InnerLight Foundation's core services are divided into four categories
- * In-patient Treatment facility
- * Outpatient services
- * Mobile emergency response team
- * Residential care for long-term clients
The InnerLight Foundation's four outreach departments address the needs of ,mental health clients in every stage of their particular convalescence. Individually, these services provide rapid healthcare access to clients in need.
Together The InnerLight Foundation's core services provide a comprehensive solution that fully addresses the needs of all mental health clients as well as the mental health concerns of the community.

As Chairman and founder of The InnerLight Foundation, Helen B. Gish, MSN,RN has earned Masters Degrees in both Nursing and Counseling Psychology, she applies years of psychiatric experience and success into ILF's programs and services. She has been honored with inclusion in Manchester's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals 2006-2007.
The InnerLight Foundation is supported by a group of professionals, consumers, and consumer family members that share the same vision: to develop The InnerLight Foundation so that it will fund a not-for-profit rural therapeutic "community" for persons with severe mental illness, providing much needed services to those who cannot afford it otherwise. |

Funding
The InnerLight Foundation relies on the support of caring individuals and organizations. We are currently facing all of the financial challenges involved in starting a new facility. Land, housing, and standard start-up costs are hurdles that every new organization must face, and we ask for your assistance in helping our organization grow and thrive.
